Responsibilities- Utilizes the quality process and best practices to improve clinical operation of the home health agency.
- Utilizes guidelines, standards and research to support an interdisciplinary care delivery system that produces quality patient care with optimal patient outcomes. Incorporates data and information to continually improve operations.
- Ensures quality patient care by directing the management of an interdisciplinary patient care delivery model that supports optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensures institutional compliance with professional, regulatory, and government standards of care.
- Monitors customer satisfaction and seeks ways to continually improve customer satisfaction/service.
- Participates in and supports quality/performance improvement initiatives and demonstrates sound project management skills.

Qualifications- Prior clinical experience in nursing and roles in home health management.
- Five years progressive management experience in the area of patient care and home health.
- Previous experience as Director of a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency.
- Knowledge of Medicare Home Health certification process and Medicare Home Health Regulations.
- Demonstrates leadership abilities, including emotional maturity and stability.
- Demonstrates commitment to quality patient care.
