The 35 bed ED currently sees over 65k patient visits per year but is growing quickly. In this role, you will report to a dynamic Director of Emergency Services and will be responsible for a team of approximately 75 FTE's, including a team of Coordinators and a dedicated ER Educator.

Our ideal candidate should be able to help establish a strategic direction for the department, mentor and lead a team, build collaborative and positive relationships across all levels, and possess outstanding communication skills. At least three to five (3-5) years RN ER Manager level experience, and at least five to seven (5-7) years of clinical ED nursing experience are required. Master's degree (preferably in Nursing) and BSN required. CEN and NE-BC certifications are also a plus!
