Responsibilities:
- Discussion with the business stakeholders to identify the scope of the project.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions.
- Analyze to highlight impacts, feasibility, and risk associated with the project.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders for buy-in.
- Provide walkthroughs with each stakeholder (Business/Development/Testing) for approval.
- Support the project throughout its entire lifecycle by clarifying observations or concerns raised by stakeholders.
Qualifications
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Experience as a Business Analyst.
- Expertise in collaborating with business users and cross-functional groups to gather requirements.
- Create Business and Functional requirements.
- Experience in creating User Stories, Use Case Diagrams, and User Specifications.
- Excellent communication skills are a must – across customer, business, and technical landscapes.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in handling data transfer projects.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- 4+ years of experience.
Generic Managerial Skills:
- Very good communication and coordination skills.
