Responsibilities:

Discussion with the business stakeholders to identify the scope of the project.
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions.
Analyze to highlight impacts, feasibility, and risk associated with the project.
Communicate findings to stakeholders for buy-in.
Provide walkthroughs with each stakeholder (Business/Development/Testing) for approval.
Support the project throughout its entire lifecycle by clarifying observations or concerns raised by stakeholders.

Technical/Functional Skills:

Experience as a Business Analyst.
Expertise in collaborating with business users and cross-functional groups to gather requirements.
Create Business and Functional requirements.
Experience in creating User Stories, Use Case Diagrams, and User Specifications.
Excellent communication skills are a must – across customer, business, and technical landscapes.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Experience in handling data transfer projects.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
4+ years of experience.
