OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

Cardiology Associates of Schenectady, an established Cardiology practice, is seeking to recruit a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in Amsterdam, New York. Our practice is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, and we offer access to sub-specialty services to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient cardiology care to adults of all ages (425 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam, NY office)
Conduct thorough patient evaluations, assessments, and diagnostic tests
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with our team of cardiologists
Perform hospital rounding at St. Mary's Hospital in Amsterdam
Educate patients and their families about cardiac conditions, treatment options, and preventative measures

Requirements:

NYS licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
DEA certification
Board Certification
ACLS/BLS certification
1-2 years of experience working in a Cardiology or Acute Care setting preferred, however new graduates are encouraged to apply.

St. Peter's Health Partners offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:

Competitive salary with incentives
Competitive Salary of $118,000-139,000
Sign-On Bonus $15,000
