JOB TITLE: MANAGER IPA/NAVIGATOR PROGRAM

JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this job is to facilitate the development, implementation and coordination of the Hospitals participation in the NYS Health Benefit Exchange: In Person Assistors and Navigators grant project.

EDUCATION: Possess a High School diploma or equivalency.

PREFERRED: Possess an associate’s degree in a Healthcare Human Services field. Bi-lingual or multi-lingual preferred.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION: Possess Licensure/Certification/Registration from the NYSDOH within 2 months of hire.

EXPERIENCE: Possess experience in program planning, demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of individuals and groups. Demonstrated public speaking/presentation/teaching abilities and demonstrated interviewing skills.

PREFERRED: Possess two (2) years’ experience in Social Services or health related field involving program planning and public speaking with supervision experience.

RATE OF PAY: $21.04 – $32.88 / HOUR

SHIFT: Full-time (40 hours) 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
