We are looking for a full-time veterinarian to join our team in Lake Alfred, FL. We are a small, family-owned veterinary practice that provides comprehensive care for pets of all ages. We are seeking a veterinarian who is passionate about animal care and who is committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a DVM degree and be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Florida. They will also have experience in a variety of areas, including general practice, surgery, and dentistry. In addition, the successful candidate will be a team player who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Providing comprehensive medical care for pets of all ages
- Performing surgeries and dentistry
- Consulting with clients about their pet's health
- Maintaining medical records
- Administering medications and treatments
- Preparing and presenting surgical cases
- Working with other members of the veterinary team
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and a retirement plan. We also offer a sign-on bonus of $20,000.
