We seek a Site Lead psychologist for a full-time position in our Havertown, PA, location.
We are seeking licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT for full-time Site Lead position in our Havertown, PA location to create and maintain a site with positive energy, caring support, mutual trust, and respect and foster a connection with all staff of the practice by working together with the Regional Site Director, Springfield office and other sites.
Clinicians have the option of onsite or hybrid scheduling.
Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $77,200 to $137,800 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Qualified candidates will have the following experience:
- 5+ years of experience working as a clinician in the mental and behavioral health field.
- Previous experience managing a mental and behavioral health practice location.
- Independent LPC, LCSW, LMFT Licensure in the state of PA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clinical staff and be available to them for clinical and ethical case consultation as needed.
- Attend and track peer consultation groups.
- Psychiatry support.
- Promote a culture of camaraderie among site staff and foster a sense of connection with overall practice.
- Engage in staff recognition and support Activities Committee functions that build morale and teamwork.
- Maintain own clinical caseload.
- Quality management/Productivity:
- Initiate and sustain a culture of clinical excellence by communicating performance expectations, overseeing appropriate documentation, including completion of discharge summaries and outcome measures.
- Promote office and evening hour productivity, ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and maintain information security.
- Respond to patient concerns.
- Conduct 90-day follow-up assessments and feedback meetings with new clinicians and complete annual evaluations of clinicians.
- Support departing clinicians and ensure completion of clinical termination tasks and transfers of continuing clients.
- Support Value-Based Contract activities.
- Mentor staff on sound business practices.
- Inform site direction and decision-making with Key Performance Indicators.
Administrative:
- Address collections issues.
- Assist with interviewing potential new clinicians.
- Coordinate office assignments.
- Make recommendations for improving administrative processes and sharing ideas and feedback from clinicians and staff.
- Provide human resources with data on staffing needs.
- Orient and onboard new clinicians and facilitate Electronic Medical Record training.
- Provide electronic medical records, phone system, and computer management support.
- Manage office aesthetics, equipment, supplies, keys, mail, etc.
- Interface with cleaning staff and landlord/building supervisors regarding problem resolution.
- Attend directors' meetings and other leadership training and meetings. Complete preparation and follow-up tasks as assigned, such as taking minutes.
- Complete projects as assigned by the CEO and Clinical Director.
