Job Summary
The Senior Clinical Operations Performance Analyst will develop, coordinate, manage and implement workforce analysis initiatives, activities, reporting and solutions to provide input to management, planning, strategy and practice improvement of human resource management and organization development. The analyst documents relevant impacts to service-level standards and overall performance, and facilitates action steps to ensure metrics are met on a daily and interval basis. This position collaborates with various departments within Clinical Operations (Clinical Quality, Utilization, Referral, Case and Disease Management), and other TriWest points of contact to develop reporting and processes; identify areas for improvements; implement new performance opportunities and support contract modification requirements related to work performance and quality.
Education & Experience
Required:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent background
- U.S. Citizenship
- Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation
- Minimum of two years of workforce performance management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications and reporting software (e.g. Tableau or PowerBI)
- Proficient in process documentation and report development related to work performance
- Demonstrated relationship skills, verbal and written communication and ability to identify root cause / solutions
- Experience serving as a resource to team members on escalated issues and/or complex matters
Preferred:
- Previous workforce performance management experience in a health care field
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements work performance monitoring reports and analysis tools for use by Clinical Operations leaders to assess and measure staff productivity and contract required metrics
- Develops and implements audit tools to support Clinical Operations departments which can be utilized to support annual evaluations
- Collaborates with Clinical Operations leaders and Data Management team to develop and implement Clinical Operation department standards and performance for timeliness, accuracy and overall contract metrics
- Develops and implements monitoring processes and reporting to combine telephony and medical management system performance dashboards
- Translate high-level business objectives into consistent, accurate, efficient and effective reporting solutions
- Drive process improvement for client businesses to enhance visibility and accessibility to relevant information
- Leverage an array of technical applications and determine which is most appropriate for any given solution
- Provides training to Performance Analyst Support team on use of monitoring and audit reports and tools
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions
- Ability to cover any work shift
- Ability to work overtime, if needed
- Onsite: Works within a standard office environment
- Remote: Private and secure work space and work station with high speed internet is required.
- Extensive computer work with prolonged sitting, wearing of headset, typing, speaking on a phone

*Annual base salary for Colorado, Hawaii, Washington D.C. and Washington State residents: $71,000- $91,000 depending on experience*
