- Education Director - Supports clinics with educational opportunities, CEU courses, CI opportunities, and mentorships.
- Front Office Coordinator - Manages the front desk, patient appointments, new patient registration.
- Technician-Aides - Assists the therapist with patient care or patient-related needs under supervision.
- Corporate Billing Department - Manages all patient insurance verifications and patient billing.
- Marketing Department - Creates marketing materials to support the clinic, manages the corporate social media presence and advertising.
- Business Development Team – Helps drive and manage referrals to the clinic.

We are looking for a Therapist who can create a patient experience that embodies the Doctors of Physical Therapy vision: to ensure outcomes via evidence-based practice and literature-supported treatment which maximizes patient service, quality care, and clinical efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical therapy initial evaluations according to APTA standards.
- Develop a comprehensive plan of care for each patient based on initial evaluation findings.
- Understand reimbursement standards by insurance carrier and be able to design a clinically superior patient program that allows for heightened patient success.
- Demonstrate consistent Compliance excellence by (not limited to):
- Develop short and long-term goals for patients.
- Implement plan of care.
- Provide comprehensive therapy treatment to improve patient well-being and return to optimized functionality.
- Consistently report patient progress to referring physicians and other professionals involved in the ongoing treatment of the patient.
- Create and document home exercise plans for patients to improve benefits of physical therapy.
- Plan and execute discharge of patient.
- Maintain contemporary knowledge in physical therapy practice through educational workshops, continuing education, etc.
- Communicate with stakeholders in a professional manner including, but not limited to, other health care professionals, insurance companies, third-party payers, case managers, etc.
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a physical therapist.
- Intensive education and clinical expertise.
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
- Current knowledge of treatment practices.
- Drive to continually learn and grow.
- Professional behavior.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Valid license to practice physical therapy.
- Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy.
