Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Active license to provide psychotherapy in Illinois
- Relevant clinical experience with direct services to clients
- Desire to help drive relationships within the community to increase access to care and reduce stigma
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Timeliness in completing and submitting documentation of services
- Comfort working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
- Ability to pass a background check
- A GREAT sense of HUMOR :)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create/implement treatment plans
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis and treatment plan reviews
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
- Provide excellent customer service for clients
- Utilize industry-recognized interventions to help clients achieve goals
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Perform other relevant therapist duties as necessary

- Experience with diverse clinical presentations
- General knowledge of therapy services and community resources
