Job Summary:
Performs diagnostic imaging services in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures to ensure the best possible patient care services are delivered. This position is in the Pediatric Urology Clinic Doctor’s Office Towers 4th Floor and would support our X-ray/fluoroscopy images for Urology Procedures.
Shift Position: Monday – Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews radiology exam requests and patient identification to ensure safe, appropriate, and cost-effective imaging.
- Applies a broad range of skills to ensure exams are completed timely and meet quality and compliance standards.
- Provides appropriate screening process to patients, staff, and self according to prescribed safety standards.
- Assists in the orientation and training of new staff.

Technical Capabilities:
- Diagnostic Equipment (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate the use of diagnostic tools in practical applications of moderate difficulty.
- Compliance (Novice): Can explain and apply basic statutory instructions in normal situations on the job.
- Patient Documentation (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate patient documentation in practical applications of moderate difficulty.

Certifications: LIC-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Licensure-Others
Work Experience: Relevant Work Experience
Experience Level: Less than 1 year
Education: Graduate of an approved discipline-specific program
