As a Psychologist, you will provide psychological services including therapy, consultation, and assessments in a hybrid private practice setting to the patients of Dean Psychological & Well-Being Associates. Our psychologists provide a wide array of mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with varying levels of emotional, behavioral, or relational issues. We are currently looking for psychologists who work with adults and/or children, who are ready to be a part of a dynamic and collaborative team, and who are committed to clinical excellence in patient care.

How we Invest in you
- Compensation: All psychologists are W-2 employees of Dean Psychological Well-Being & Associates, not independent contractors. As such, compensation reflects employer-paid taxes, fees, and other costs of doing business. We offer competitive compensation ranging approximately from $50,000 - $120,000. The provisions of the benefit plan are subject to change. We also pay you for team meetings and presentations made on behalf of the organization.
- Health Insurance: We offer health, vision, and dental insurance. The provisions of the benefit plan are subject to change and vary based on full- or part-time status.
- Retirement Plan: We offer a 401 (k) plan.
- Bonus Eligibility: Employees are eligible for a biannual bonus.
- Time Off: Full-Time employees are eligible for paid time off.
- Professional Liability Insurance: All employees are covered under the company’s professional liability insurance.
- Licensure & PsyPact e.passport fees reimbursement: Eligible employees are reimbursed for licensure and e.passport fees.

About You

A well-matched candidate will:
- Hold a Doctoral Degree in psychology (PhD, PsyD).
- Have an active, unrestricted license in the State of Pennsylvania (preferred) or other PsyPact State.
- Additional PsyPact e.Passport preferred but not required.
- Available to schedule at least 20 patient sessions per week for full-time or for at least 15 sessions weekly for part-time, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Dean Psychological & Well-Being Associates.
- Be organized and detail-oriented.
- Be able to work independently on tasks assigned.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Two years of experience post-unrestricted licensure preferred but not necessary.
- Have at least one niche market for counseling services (i.e., children, teens, trauma, anxiety, grief, anger management, OCD, chronic illness, LGBTQ+, etc.).
