A typical day for an LPN includes:
- Assisting in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interests of residents. Ensures resident rights are always maintained.
- Monitoring Residents.
- Supervising and directing Nursing Assistants.
- Assisting in writing care plans based on resident needs.
- Monitoring response to care treatment plans.
- Assisting with the discharge process.
- Obtaining and administering medication. Possesses knowledge of medication interactions.
- Documenting and reviewing medication and treatment sheets for accuracy and compliance.
LPN Requirements:
- Valid State License/Certification
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
- Currently considering all availability (full-time, part-time)
