Key Account Manager, Purification and Filtration, Bioprocessing (Solventum)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Key Account Manager, Purification and Filtration, Bioprocessing you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Establishing Account sales goals and utilizing appropriate tactics to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Working with Marketing and Application Engineering to understand new customer and business development opportunities.
- Establishing and building relationships with key personnel at multiple levels in the buying process to attain territory sales goals.
- Proactively presenting new application opportunities to end-users.
- Generating leads for new business through interactions with end users.
Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of Biopharmaceutical sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of Biopharmaceutical sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Current, valid Driver’s License.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline.
- Experience selling process equipment in a scientific environment.
- Three (3) years of filtration sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Proven track record of sales growth.

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
