Acenda Integrated Health is recruiting for a Registered Nurse to support the Psychiatric and Residential Services - PACTG Program in Sewell, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:
Job Overview: As part of a multi-disciplinary, core services team, the PACT Nurse provides nursing assessment, direct support services, and primary health care to individuals with seriously and persistently mentally ill individuals enrolled in the PACT program. The Nurse will:
- Assess the medical history and current needs of the client.
- Work with the PACT team to develop integrated medical and mental health treatment goals.
- Provide support and education to other team members in nursing/medical treatment and health care.
- Communicate programmatic or job-related concerns to the supervisor and make suggestions for improvement in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with coworkers and agency staff to effectively communicate and problem solve.
Requirements:
- NJ Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- Two years paid post-degree work experience in mental health preferred.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
