Position Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. As a representative of our company, you will visit doctors’ offices, hospitals, senior care facilities, and hospice care centers to interact with referral sources and clients. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of healthcare sales experience and a proven track record of success in healthcare sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is also required.
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION - This position will require you to be in the field and the office.

Position Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (required)
- Proven track record of success in healthcare sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- A high level of initiative and self-motivation
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its trends
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with existing clients while generating new business opportunities
- Weekend availability for vendor events on occasion
- Reliable transportation
