About the Position
Peak Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our team. Our clinic specializes in treating patients with complex histories and needs, and we pride ourselves on providing holistic, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Pelvic Floor Therapy: Provide full-time pelvic floor physical therapy to adults and children of all genders, addressing concerns such as orthopedic issues, bladder/bowel health, sexual health, postpartum recovery, and pelvic pain.
- Holistic Approach: Screen for and address overlapping concerns that may influence patient outcomes, including sleep habits, diet, stress management, physical activity, and mental health.
- Work Environment: Foster a pleasant and positive work environment by engaging with other professionals and patients, contributing to the overall positive energy of the clinic.
- Patient Care: Create a warm, friendly, and nurturing environment to promote trust and ensure that patient care is individualized and holistic. Ask questions that lead to appropriate professional referrals as needed.
- Autonomy and Creativity: Exercise professional autonomy and creativity while taking care of your personal and professional needs. Communicate your needs and wants effectively.
- Punctuality: Respect both your time and the patient's time by adhering to your schedule and notifying management in case of any deviations.
- Documentation: Complete thorough and efficient documentation for all patients, ideally on the same day. Provide additional documentation as requested by front desk administration for medical review or litigation purposes.
- MA state licensed Physical Therapist with a proven track record of great outcomes.
- Genuine interest in people and dedication to establishing meaningful connections.
- Capable of building strong rapport with clients from various backgrounds through strong communication and empathy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electronic medical records.
- Trauma-informed care experience.

Peak Physical Therapy currently spans 11 locations throughout the South Shore including locations in Quincy, Norwell, Hanover, Pembroke, Braintree, Scituate, Cohasset, Duxbury, Milton, and East Bridgewater. We also have three off-site aquatic physical therapy locations.
