Memory Care Resident Care Assistant
Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities
Full-Time: 64-80 hours per 2 week pay period
Part-Time: 16+ hours per 2 week pay period
Casual Call: Build your own schedule - 3 shifts a month; 2 on the weekend, plus on-call rotation
Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!
Limited Full-Time AM and PM Openings
AM: 6:45am – 12:45pm and 6:45am - 3:15pm
PM: 4:30-8:30p and 3:00pm-11:15pm
NOC: 11:00pm-7:00am
About the Role
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to support the residents in our memory care apartments. Our Memory Care Units are designed to provide care and support to older adults who experience memory impairment. Here, we have a range of residents that are independent to others who require mechanical lifts, assistance with medication administration, and other activities of daily living.
What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with personal cares and daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible.
- Provide dressing, bathing, and bathroom assistance.
- Transport residents to meals and activities, document daily care, perform light housekeeping/laundry, and a variety of other tasks.
- Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being.
What You’ll Need
- Previous direct care experience, preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State), preferred.
- CBRF Certification, preferred.
Our Wages
- Starting wages are between $18.50 and $21.50+ per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
- We offer a $3.00 NOC, $1.25 PM, $2.00 weekend shift differential, and incentive pay.
- Performance reviews are conducted 3-6 months after you start and at least annually.
- Certifications are not required - we will train the right fit for our team!
Qualifications for Higher Starting Pay
- Certified Nursing Assistant training (in any state).
- CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience.
- CBRF Certification(s).
- Full-Time Positions.
