Description
The Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Okaloosa Walton (EVC) in Niceville and Destin Florida is looking for an energetic and talented emergency veterinarian to join our fast-paced environment. We are a full-service 24/7 emergency hospital located in the Florida Panhandle, also known as the Emerald Coast.
EVC is open all hours including weekends and holidays. The emergency veterinarian position requires working weekend and overnight shifts and the schedule can be variable due to the nature of Emergency Medicine.
For full-time, you will be guaranteed a minimum of twelve (12) shifts per month. EVC recognizes the value of investing in our employees and ensures a work/life balance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- We are looking for someone who will work well with our team and enjoys challenges.
- Has strong communication skills.
- A passion for exceptional animal care.
- An effective collaborator.
- Holds a current DVM licensure in the United States.
- Have or be able to obtain FL State Veterinary Medicine License.
- 1 year of emergency veterinary experience or a 1 year emergency internship.
