Delphi Healthcare has partnered with a Primary Care Health Center that is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate healthcare services to the community, located in the Buffalo area. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team. Our clinic offers a collaborative environment with a focus on patient-centered care.

The Physician Assistant (PA)/Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Primary Care will work under the supervision of a licensed physician, delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients of all ages. The PA/NP will conduct patient assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, perform routine procedures, and provide patient education.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
Diagnose and develop treatment plans for acute and chronic illnesses.
Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.
Perform minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and administering injections.
Educate patients on preventive care, health maintenance, and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner program.
Current Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York.
Strong clinical skills with experience in primary care or family medicine.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
