Nurture Collective, a BIPOC-owned, female-led practice, bridges maternal-infant mental health and early childhood intervention. We provide occupational, physical, and speech therapies, lactation support, feeding therapy, and parent-and-baby groups, centering social-emotional development to address and prevent developmental delays. Our mission is to enhance parent-child relationships and support parental mental health and well-being. We serve families in Los Angeles County and surrounding areas, accepting various commercial insurance, Medi-Cal, and Regional Center funding.

Speech Therapy Job Description
Nurture Collective (NC) is hiring a Speech Therapist to help families access tools, support, education, and training for the healthy development of young children. We seek an organized, detail-oriented, self-starter SLP who is collaborative and reflective, with a deep understanding of child development, infant and maternal mental health, and a passion for supporting young children and their caregivers.
Job Duties:
- Uphold Nurture Collective’s core values and mission
- Manage caseload with researched intervention activities
- Use a parent coaching model in treatment sessions
- Supervise SLPA, SLP CFY's, or SLP interns
- Advocate for families and represent Nurture Collective at events
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Therapy
- California licensure or eligibility; CFY considered
- Valid driver’s license and insurance for work use
- Ability to pass a pre-hire background check
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Experience working with young children and families (minimum one year preferred)
- Ability to work in a family-centered, consultative/transdisciplinary model
- Physical ability to sit on the floor and move quickly after infants and toddlers
