Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – LPN – LTAC 48’s
Shift: Days, 7a-7:30p, 12×4, 48hrs per week, Will also accept 36’s
Length: 13 weeks
Must be available to work all weekdays and weekends – every other weekend work rotation (both Saturday and Sunday) or every weekend (a Saturday or a Sunday)
Requirements:
- OR License
- 1.5 years of LTAC or hospital experience
- BLS
LPN for days on Discharge Ready Unit
ASAP start
36 or 48 hour option
The LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE, as a member of a health care team, provides direct care services to patients in treatment facilities such as hospitals, institutions, or clinics to ensure their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Possession of a valid Oregon Practical Nurse License or other valid authorization to temporarily practice practical nursing while obtaining an Oregon Practical Nurse License issued by the Oregon State Board of Nursing at time of appointment.

18 months of LTAC or hospital experience
