RHS is hiring a Director of Home Care for Prairie View Assisted Living in Hector. This is a full-time (64 hours/pp), exempt position. Salary depends on previous experience.

Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of Home Care and Housing Services to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Must maintain current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Three to five years’ experience in nursing.
- Two years’ experience in home health and/or housing.
- At a minimum must have one year of management experience.
- Must be knowledgeable of computer systems, system applications, and other office equipment.
