We are looking for a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our team in Acworth, GA. We are a busy, family-friendly practice that offers a wide range of veterinary services. Our ideal candidate will be a compassionate, skilled veterinarian who is eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities of the Associate Veterinarian will include:
- Performing physical examinations and diagnostic tests on animals
- Diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries
- Providing preventive care, such as vaccinations and parasite control
- Surgery and dentistry
- Client education and communication
Qualifications for the Associate Veterinarian position include:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Georgia
- At least 1 year of experience as a practicing veterinarian
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
