About The Emergency Department:
- The Emergency Department at Montrose Regional Health is a Level III Trauma Center staffed 24 hours per day by Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians and RNs who are certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Care.
About The Career:
- Provides indirect patient care in the Emergency Department. Meets the communication needs of the patient/family, departmental staff, and medical staff. Implements directions from physicians and nursing staff.
All About You:
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent with one (1) year experience in an acute hospital setting or in ambulance services.
- Training & Experience: BCLS preferred. Current EMT Certification (preferable). Basic arrhythmia course (preferable).
- Job Knowledge: Medical terminology; TNCC within one year of hire.
