The Providence Center is at the forefront of innovative approaches to behavioral health care. TPC helps meet the changing needs of the more than 18,000 Rhode Islanders it serves each year. TPC is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and a community resource, providing all people with mental health and substance use services in their homes, schools, and neighborhoods.
TPC Case Manager and Residential Case Manager positions are eligible for a $2500 sign-on bonus, prorated for part-time positions.
Job Summary:
Provide clinical case management services to facilitate program goals and objectives using a quality care approach. Identify client needs with a person-centered approach to address not only mental health symptoms but co-occurring disorders. Work with consumers to achieve the highest level of independence possible.
Requirements:
Residential Case Managers: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); advanced education preferred.
Case Managers: Associate's degree in Human Services or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in residential facilities preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and insured auto.
