Emergency Room Director needed for a hospital in North Texas.
Candidates must have at least 5+ years of ER/Critical Care experience in a general acute care setting with progressive management experience in Emergency Room Management and 2+ years of leadership/supervisory role in ER.
NCC certification preferred. Must have Neonatal Resuscitation certification required.
CEN, BSN, ACLS, BCLS, strong leadership, budgeting, staffing, policy and procedures, Physician Relations, etc.
