Position: Clinical Director
Department: Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS)
Status: Full Time Exempt
Salary Range: $87,484.60 - $120,640.00 (annually). We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements). There are 15 steps on the scale and offers are usually within the first couple of steps.

Position Requirements: Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required. Licensure preferred-LCSW or LPC. Three to five years related work experience to include Outpatient, Addictions and/or high acuity client services required. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.
Summary: Our Intensive Behavioral Health Clinical Director will oversee the following programs within the department; Intensive Therapeutic Program, Supportive Housing, Supported Employment, Together We House, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Collaborative Care Team. The department specializes in High Acuity Client Services.
