Eliot is seeking a Licensed RN or LPN in Massachusetts to work in the community with adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses. The ideal candidate would possess knowledge of psychiatric medications and treatment. This person would be comfortable with outreach, case management, and providing support in individuals' homes.
Eliot’s Adult Mental Health Division provides an integrated and comprehensive network of services to adults with psychiatric disabilities that promote consumer rights, responsibilities, rehabilitation, and recovery. We provide rehabilitative services that enable people to increase functioning in the living, working, and social environments of their choice.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary case manager to 3-6 consumers.
- Provide nursing interventions to individuals.
- Assist in the management of medications and the overall functioning of the nursing department.
- Formulate and regularly update Comprehensive Assessments and IAPs for clients on your caseload.
- Actively participate in supervision, staff meetings, in-services, and trainings.
- Transport consumers to work sites, meetings, daily activities, appointments, and activities as needed.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm with rotating 12pm-8pm shift, one weekend per month, rotating holiday shifts, and a rotating on-call schedule.
Salary: RN - $77,680.00 annually; LPN - $58,073.60 annually.

Required: Associates
Experience:
Required: 1 year of experience with the population.
Required: 1 year of knowledge of medication administration.
Required: 1 year of knowledge of psychiatric medications and psychiatric and medical treatment.
Licenses & Certifications:
Required: LPN, RN, MA Driver's License.
