General Description:
The Senior Manager / Associate Director, Marketing Analytics will predominantly be focused on marketing data analytics to inform marketing strategies and campaign optimization strategies to ensure successful commercialization of BeiGene’s products. As a secondary responsibility, this role would also support Medical Affairs Analytics. This role may also evolve to take on global (ex-China) activities and will serve as a primary point of contact between many project teams and stakeholders around managing and enhancing our BeiGene’s marketing initiatives. This role will be part of a growing multifaceted analytics team that develops advanced analytics solutions. Specific examples of key responsibilities include but are not limited to transforming marketing analytics with a focus on multivariate marketing analytics capabilities, owning BeiGene’s Customer360 offering, implementing industry-leading marketing performance measurement, and continuously monitoring and tracking key marketing performance metrics for programs and campaigns.

Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field as outlined in the essential duties.
Qualifications:
For the Senior Manager level, we require a BS with 7 plus years of overall experience.
For the Associate Director level, we require a BS with 8 plus years of overall experience.
For both levels, we require the following unless highlighted as a plus:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field as outlined in the essential duties.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics or advanced analytics.
- 4+ years of experience with data segmentation and reporting within a customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation system.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or digital marketing in a related industry.
- 4+ years of experience with collaborating effectively with sales and/or marketing leaders and leading by influence.
- 5+ years of experience across marketing, business intelligence, and other analytics domains.
- This role requires hands-on experience with SQL, Python/R.
- Experience working with low code/no code platforms (Dataiku / Alteryx) and with reporting platforms (Tableau/PowerBI) would be a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to apply effective influencing skills, a strong executive presence, and credibility to communicate the value of data-driven marketing insights across the organization.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No
Computer Skills: Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, SQL and Python/R for data analytics.
Travel: 15-20%
Please note the salary range listed below is for the Associate Director level. For candidates considered for the Senior Manager level, the range will be lower.
Salary Range: $145,100.00 - $195,100.00 annually
