Annual Salary: $122,200.00 - $158,699.00 (Amount based on office location, relevant experience, skills, and competencies)

The Manager Corporate Strategy will primarily be focused on planning, facilitating, analyzing, and creating comprehensive and compelling materials for the Board of Directors and the senior executive leadership team. In addition, will play a key role in running the 5-year strategic planning process and collaborate extensively with business unit leaders to produce a comprehensive corporate strategic plan.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide thought partnership and preparation of agendas and materials for quarterly Board of Directors meetings including the creation of Board presentation production schedule, developing content guidelines, gathering financial, operations and strategic content from business units, consolidating materials across business units, proof-reading, editing, identifying inconsistencies, cross-checking, and validating financial data.
- Help coordinate the 5-year strategic planning processes including working with business units to understand strategic priorities, assessing, and interpreting financial and strategic materials and helping to tailor and consolidate business unit materials into Board level presentations.
- Interface regularly with executive leaders and participate in business discussions to grow global business knowledge. Interpret business unit financial results, operational strategies, key objectives, risks, and opportunities necessary to create content and provide value-added input to executive-level and Board of Director presentations.
- Assist with strategic development through the ability to structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses, develop insights, and suggest recommendations. Prepare compelling materials to communicate results to senior executives.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's
FIELD OF STUDY: Finance, Business, or Economics
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of Management Consulting background, or equivalent relevant work experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, financial, and critical thinking skills
- Strong project and process leadership skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Possess influencing skills
- Ability to develop compelling and high-quality Board-level presentation materials
- Ability to establish relationships with global executives
- Ability to work collaboratively to become a trusted partner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully deliver on condensed timelines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Master's or Advanced
FIELD OF STUDY: Business
EXPERIENCE: Experience in working in a global, multi-national company; Accounting and Finance; International Finance; M&A; Capital Markets
CERTIFICATION(S): Certified Financial Accountant; Certified Management Accountant
