Our client is a privately owned general contractor on the East Coast of Florida. The company has been in business and very successful for 30+ years now. They have an excellent team and strong reputation that continues to afford them a great amount of repeat business. Projects include senior living, multifamily, commercial, retail, hospitality, medical, etc. They are one main company with two affiliate companies under the same ownership umbrella. Company’s annual volume is ($200M - $40M - $7M) for the 3 related companies.
About the Position:
The CFO will report to the President/CEO. They will be responsible for managing the company’s current team (controller, accountant, bookkeepers). Responsibilities include but are not limited to the financial strategy, processes, procedures, budget, profitability, risk, accounting systems, cash flow, insurance, and monitoring all banking activities.
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience
- CFO currently
- Experience in a similar size company or larger
- Willingness to relocate to the Vero Beach, FL area
- Relevant degree, certifications, etc.
