Work Hour: 9am-5pm (EST) Monday-Friday
Salary: $50-85K (DOE)

Job Overview
• Analyzes potential client’s needs, market trends & demands. Creates made-to-order services and products for clients utilizing available Internet-related Products, Services, and Technologies.
• Technical Project Management for pre-sales and post-sales.
• Implement and upgrade existing and new solutions.
• Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots Network/Server/Phone systems.
• Provides Technical Consultation for customers.
• Customer support for high technical level issues.
• Troubleshooting of high technical level issues for 24 hours x 7 days on-call duty (Not full shift duty).
• Controls projects and circuit providers (carriers) for on-time circuit turn-up and troubleshooting.
• Provides installation, analysis, and other field services at site.
• Manages existing accounts for all technical issues.
• Implements and upgrades existing and new services.
Requirements
Required to be applicable to any two of the following 1 to 6:
- Experience in designing and building IP phone systems, such as Cisco Call Manager or Avaya.
- Experience with Cisco products (Router/Switch) and knowledge of debugging.
- Experience in designing and building applications, routing, and firewall/VPN solutions on UNIX.
- Experience in proposal development and system integration, with knowledge of Exchange and Active Directory on Microsoft Windows Server.
- Experience in IT project management, specifically for office relocation projects.
- Experience working with an ISP or carrier.
