We are seeking a Hotel General Manager for a full-service branded property in Overland Park, KS. This growing hospitality management company is a leader in hotel development and has a detailed understanding as well as a successful track record for developing award-winning, premium branded and independent hospitality assets. Compensation: $80-$105,000 plus bonus, PTO and exceptional benefits
Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Oversees and manages the business unit's overall financial performance
- Monitors the recruitment, hiring, training, development and orientation of all employees
- Create and adjust department head schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of each department
Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience as General Manager in a full-service hotel
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
