Client is seeking Quality Engineer who will be responsible for leading and managing the test automation efforts using Tricentis Tosca within the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tosca, a solid understanding of test automation best practices, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of automation engineers. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and execution of test automation strategies. · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. · experience in test automation with a focus on Tosca. · Experience in working on Java and Selenium. · Proven leadership experience in managing and leading test automation teams. · Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices. · Hands-on experience with scripting languages and automation tools. · Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
· Lead the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks using Tosca. · Ensure the scalability and flexibility of the test automation framework to accommodate changes in application features and requirements. · Implement best practices for modular and reusable automation code. · Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to understand application features and requirements. · Oversee the execution of automated test suites and monitor test results.
· Analyze and report on automated test results, identifying and prioritizing issues. · Ensure the timely resolution of automated test failures and defects. · Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the test automation process and tools. · Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance the skills of the automation team. · Represents Driscoll’s in an ethical and business-like professional manner in all interactions with growers, co-workers, suppliers, customers, and the business community at large. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications
· Prior experience working on Tosca Automation tool - Needed. · Certification in Tosca. · Expert in creating frameworks with Selenium and BDD – Needed · Experience in Automation on different platforms like web application, API, Mobile and reports · Experience in Automation on reports like Tableau. · Good understanding and hands-on experience on Software Testing · Expert level experience In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards. · Experience in working with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. · Experience in writing complex queries in SQL Server, MySQL. · Experience with JIRA and Qtest. · Passionate about exploring new technologies. · Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions. Should have great experience with leading the small team and help the team technically whenever needed. Preferred Qualifications · Previous experience in the implementation or support of supply chain solutions is a plus.
"The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000.
