10 years biopharma marketing experience, 4 yrs of hematology/oncology
BA/BS required; MBA/Advanced degree preferred
The Executive Director of WW Multiple Myeloma IMiD Portfolio will lead the IMiD WWBT (worldwide brand team), encompassing Revlimid, Pomalyst/Imnovid, and Empliciti. This $14B portfolio has been a key driver of advancing patient outcomes in myeloma and this role will be responsible for leading the strategy and continued growth.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the cross functional WWBT (WW brand team) to refine the brand strategies, prioritize challenges and opportunities, develop solutions to address market needs and facilitate best practice sharing across geographies.
- Continue to drive ongoing launches of new indications and ensure competitive readiness.
- Develop a high performing team with strong marketing capabilities; motivate and inspire team to achieve goals and drive innovative solutions that address market and customer needs.
- Collaborate with core markets to globalize best practices; gain deep understanding of market dynamics, challenges and opportunities; have shared accountability for in-market performance.
- Engage with key customers and opinion leaders to establish strong partnerships and ensure appropriate customer feedback and customer-centric thinking.
- Develop and communicate strategic plan, ensuring alignment of stakeholders across functions, geographies and levels.
Requirements:
- 10 years in biopharmaceutical marketing with minimum 4 years in hematology/ oncology; 2 years in local/regional marketing; Pharma sales experience a plus.
- Understanding of and experience working in global markets, ideally in Hem/Onc area.
- Skilled at developing strategic plans, positioning, branding, messaging, and marketing campaigns; digital marketing and NPP (non-personal promotion) experience a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, adept with business analytics & forecasting.
- Excellent communications skills; ability to make compelling presentations to executive management; strong influencing skills.
- Ability to travel within the US as well as internationally (25% travel).
