The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Data & Analytics Leader with a track record of having guided large data transformations and advanced analytics implementations. This role will be responsible for defining the go to market offerings and building a team that is responsible for data strategy and governance, data science, data engineering, and delivering insight driven advanced analytics dashboards and reports to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Understanding
- Be an expert across data strategy and governance, data science, data engineering, and delivering insight driven advanced analytics dashboards.
- Possess detailed competency and understanding in the Data and Analytics space with a track record of having guided large data transformations and advanced analytics implementations.
- Ability to define a data strategy and guide clients on a roadmap to achieve success with data transformation projects.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft and Databricks platforms.
- Business Development
- Expertise in the Data and Analytics space to guide client conversations.
- Ability to establish trust and build relationships with clients.
- Identify "follow-on" sales opportunities at existing clients.
- Assist with proposal efforts including project scoping and estimation.
- Team Development
- Recruit and mentor team members.
- Identify the right team structure to ensure productivity.
- Partner with HR to maintain a high level of team member retention.
- Conduct effective performance evaluations.
- Delivery Focused
- Experience in a technology consulting environment managing multiple clients.
- Provide subject matter expertise and be a trusted advisor.
- Ensure that learnings from client engagements result in continuous improvements.
- Client Management
- Develop lasting relationships with client stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs.
- Maintain active relationships with clients to increase satisfaction.
- Financial Management
- Firm understanding of P&L and how to manage a lean team model.
- Implement processes to ensure a clear view of project financials.
- Maintain visibility of revenue forecasts and profitability.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $225,000.00 per year

- Data Migration: 10 years (Preferred)
