Salary: $168,000 - $175,000

The Executive Director (ED) of PASC will lead a critical organization responsible for improving the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) program in Los Angeles County. PASC supports over 250,000 IHSS recipients and 200,000 providers, managing functions such as provider referrals, enrollment, criminal background checks, and training. The ED reports to a 15-member Governing Board, oversees approximately 55 employees, manages a $6 million budget, and ensures compliance with collective bargaining agreements and labor contracts.
