Hadley Family Medicine
Hadley Family Medicine began with family - brothers Peter and Robert Weitzman (both physicians) along with medical school classmate Allan Baustin, MD, founded the practice nearly 30 years ago. Located at 234 Russell Street, Suite 7, in Hadley, MA, our Family Medicine practice offers comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour LPN to support the practice onsite, Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm or 9:00am-5:30pm. This LPN will be supporting traditional clinical duties such as phone triage, office visits, patient education, injections, and in basket management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program required
- Current Massachusetts licensure as an LPN required
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
- One (1) to three (3) years experience as an LPN; physician office experience preferred
