Otolaryngologist needed in Bismarck, North Dakota!
Clinic is currently recruiting a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join our private multi-specialty practice in Bismarck, North Dakota.
Bismarck is the capital city of North Dakota and along with our sister city of Mandan has a population of approximately 100,000 people. North Dakota boasts of the nation's 2nd lowest crime rate, 7th highest SAT scores, and the 4th cleanest environment. Our real estate prices are in the bottom 10% nationally. Bismarck residents have an average commute time of 11.9 minutes, the second shortest commute time among U.S. cities. We are a growing and upscale community and are 1 of only 72 U.S. cities to receive a 5-star quality of life designation by Expansion Management Magazine.
Our group is physician owned and is the premier group within our geographic area. Some of the other benefits of being an owner in our clinic are as follows:
- We currently have call rotation of one in four.
- Partnership potential after 1 year.
- We provide a competitive first year salary guarantee, or the clinic's RVU production based salary, whichever is greater.
- The clinic pays 100% of health, vision and dental premiums, plus a professional discount is provided by the clinic.
- We a $1,000 contribution into a Health Savings Account for each physician on an annual basis.
- The profit sharing plan will pay an amount equivalent to approximately 10-11% of each physician's salary.
- Our clinic currently has a 401k retirement program. The clinic matches 50% of each employee's first 6% of contribution.
- The physicians each receive two disability policies: The first disability policy covers physician's salaries at a rate of 60% to age 65. The second disability policy covers physician's salaries at a rate of $3,000 per month to age 65.
- A CME allowance of $6,000 per year plus 2% of physician's previous year salary to a maximum of $12,500 is paid to each physician. Any unused portion of CME in excess of $6,000 is paid to the physician as salary at year end.
- Medical malpractice insurance is paid at 100%.
- We provide paid sick leave while physicians are on short term disability.
