In addition, the COO leads talent strategy, acquisition, and development at all levels of the Lab, and oversees internal operations functions including facilities and IT management. The COO also manages the communications and development teams as well as Ariadne's three platforms - centers of expertise that provide expert guidance and support to every project in the fields of informatics, statistics, implementation science, monitoring and evaluation, quality improvement, strategic communications, and program management. The COO has a core charge to maintain strong and vital relationships with Ariadne's parent institutions (HSPH and BWH) to ensure compliance with their policies and procedures, and will occasionally represent Ariadne Labs to external partners and funders.
