Responsibilities Pediatrix Medical Group seeks a Neonatologist to join its practice at Winter Haven Women's Hospital in Winter Haven, Florida.
- We provide services at Winter Haven Women's Hospital which is part of the BayCare Health System
- Busy 11-bed, Level-II NICU
- 236 annual NICU admissions and average daily census of 6
- 2 physician practice supported by NNPs
- The hospital is the area's premier health facility dedicated to the unique needs of women and newborns
- Attend all c-sections and pre-term deliveries less than 34 weeks
Winter Haven, Florida is almost directly in the middle of the state, located approximately 45 minutes in either direction from Tampa and Orlando and just an hour and a half from some of the country’s most beautiful beaches. With over 55 lakes, many of them canal-connected, the area is known as the 'Chain of Lakes City,' allowing for countless hours of boating, fishing, and paddling. In addition, there are miles of nature trails, cycling paths, acres of golf courses, and the popular Legoland theme park, while Disney World and Universal are merely a half hour drive.
