Providence Health Plan is calling a Principal Strategy Consultant who will:
Play an integral part of the Providence Health Plan (PHP) Corporate Strategy team as a flexible problem solver who will engage in a broad array of topics.
Provide hands-on management of a portfolio of initiatives including but not limited to:
Strategic roadmap management
Development of strategy KPIs and performance monitoring
Market and business case research and modeling
Execution of strategic partnerships
Diligence
Other M&A activities and other strategic topics
Be responsible for early scoping through completion
Leverage both qualitative and quantitative capabilities to inform and shape decision making for initiatives
Create materials to support executive forum decisions and engagement
Serve as an analytic, critical thinker, and partner to PHP's Strategy leadership and PHP executives
Flexibly responds to needs working effectively with people at all levels in the organization to develop recommendations and support change.

Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree: Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Health Administration, or related discipline.
3+ years of experience in healthcare, healthcare operations, or related fields, with background in consulting.
3+ years of progressively increasing responsibility with problem solving and project management experience of complex, multi-regional, strategically important initiatives in a role that covered M&A, management consulting, finance and strategy, and/or business development with background in consulting.
3+ years of change management, facilitation, and process improvement methodologies with substantial project management experience of complex, multi-regional, strategically important initiatives in consulting.
