JOB DESCRIPTION:
Pinao Consulting is an 8(a) Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) seeking an experienced Data Governance Analyst – Senior.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure proposed Data Architecture provides data analytics, dashboarding, and reporting as needed for decision support.
- Recommend data storage technologies and repository architectures as needed. This includes creation and maintenance of an enterprise data lake to collect operational data useful for OCIO business operations.
- Create/maintain Data Pipeline, modeling, data design, and storage design patterns aligned with business, technology, security, and application architectures.
- Collaborate with Information Assurance (IA) stakeholders to define the formal IA function and determine whether the IA organizational design will be centralized, decentralized, or distributed.
- Assist/collaborate in the creation and maintenance of a NIH strategic plan by providing the Data/Information Architecture perspective in alignment with NIH Policies and business strategy.
- Collaborate with Business, application, and technology architects along with Security SMEs to create and maintain the NIH Data/Information architecture.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience working on technology-related projects.
- Good communication skills, understanding of change management, and performance measurement.
Education:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Analytics/Informatics, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Security Clearance:
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance required.
Work Experience:
- 8+ years experience in data governance or analytics/informatics.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Salary Range: $94,000 – $99,000
