As an experienced Sales Manager, you will play an essential role and work closely with SnapSoft leadership and founders. You will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team of three people to exceed revenue targets and drive significant growth for the organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.

What will you do?
Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and trends in the cloud industry.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and objectives.
Client Relationship Management
- Utilize your strong network relations and build new opportunities with us.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
- Understand clients' business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact (CxO level) for escalated client issues or concerns.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting
- Monitor sales performance, track progress, and prepare regular sales reports.
- Forecast future sales trends and develop strategies to adapt to market changes.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Product and Service Knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and IT product offerings.
- Train and educate the sales team on the features and benefits of products and services.
Contract Negotiation
- Work with the field team and support them to negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
- Review and approve proposals and quotes prepared by the sales team.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate SnapSoft’s sales team to achieve their sales quotas.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and set individual and team goals.

- At least 15 years in a similar role in a fast-paced digital environment with a proven track record of broadening partnership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in IT sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in a high-growth B2B scale-up.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques to handle contract renewals, pricing discussions, and other client-related negotiations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with relevant software, tools, and platforms, such as HubSpot, Jira, etc.
- Fluency in English and/or German.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
