The Position
- The Organization Development Business Partner will be responsible for developing programs, facilitating implementation of appropriate change management initiatives, and reviewing current development programs to ensure alignment with company goals.
- The Organization Development Business Partner will be expected to be a change agent by successfully understanding organizational culture and what will drive change.
- This leader will be expected to lead the development of mentoring programs and work in tandem with HR to ensure the team has all the proper tools for recruitment and retention. In time, this position will be asked to build a performance management system and revamp new employee orientation. The individual will be responsible for executing and refining professional development & execute training for mid-level managers for around 500 in total.
- Ideal candidates will be diplomatic, radiate energy, passionate, and have a high level of talent for this line of work. They must be capable of adapting quickly to diverse cultures and personalities, be proactive in nature, and lead a high performing team in a changing environment.
- Seeking a hands-on leader who will bring strong project management, facilitation, and presentation skills coupled with a deep understanding of continuous process improvement strategies will be key.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of seven years of experience pertaining to organizational development, change management, or related field is required.
- Healthcare experience is required.
- This position does require relocation to be onsite.
Pay Details
- Pay Range: $120,000 - $125,000 annually.
- Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
