Broome County Health Department is seeking a Principal Account Clerk for the Community Health Division. The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of financial, administrative, and fiscal duties of state grant programming. These tasks include but are not limited to purchasing/vouchering, monitoring budgets, preparing Legislative Requests and processing payment of department expenses.
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in accounting, business or closely related field and 2 years of experience maintaining financial accounts and records, or a High School Diploma and 4 years of experience maintaining financial accounts and records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.58 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
