Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to drive the company's growth and profitability.
Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure to optimize financial resources.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with overall business goals.
Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role.
