Responsibilities Pediatrix Medical Group seeks a neonatologist to join its practice at Broward Health Coral Springs in Coral Springs, Florida, a suburb of Fort Lauderdale. The hospital’s NICU offers:
- Newly expanded Level III NICU with 15 all private rooms
- Maternity tower with all new NICU opened in 2018
- Approximate 2000 annual deliveries with average daily census of 10-12
- Various ventilation methods, including HFOV, SIMV, CPAP and HFNC; as well as iNO
- Therapeutic hypothermia treatment
- Neonatal nurse PICC team
- A monthly follow-up clinic
- Full pediatric subspecialty support
- Flexible schedule with approximately 7-9 shifts a month
